Upland Capital Group’s unprofessionalism is astounding.
After completing a first-round interview with HR, I followed up and was assured I was still in the running. A week later, I followed up again and was met with complete silence. No rejection, no update, just ghosted. If this is how they communicate with candidates, I can only imagine how they operate internally. Ghosting reflects a lack of respect and accountability. Job seekers deserve better. This kind of behavior is a major red flag.
