I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Upper Lake Processing Services (Overland Park, KS) in Aug 2016
Interview
The interview process was very simple, but not super modern. You apply by sending your resume to the recruiter. They reach out to you based on your background and schedule and in-person interview. When you come in, you spend about 20 minutes filling out a paper application, and then get taken into a conference room to do a 30-40 min computer assessment. It tested Math, Verbal, Typing, & Computer skills. After that you meet with the recruiter. My experience with him was amazing, he was very warm and welcome, truly seemed to care about me as a person and my goals, and ultimately just wanted to see if I was going to be a good fit with the job and culture of the company. He has a very welcoming office, and I felt very comfortable. After you meet with him, based on availability, you could meet with a sales manager as well to get some more perspective on the sales role specifically. Then they send you home. I got a call the next day offering me the role. I really enjoyed the interview experience here.
