Supervisors are very supportive and enforce an open door policy with their agents when they have concerns or frustrations.

Cons

The main leaders of the center do not set up an employee friendly environment for agents or supervisors. They feed off micromanagement and unnecessary control. These leaders lack empathy and seem very disconnected from the world.
