      Supervisors are very supportive and enforce an open door policy with their agents when they have concerns or frustrations.

      The main leaders of the center do not set up an employee friendly environment for agents or supervisors. They feed off micromanagement and unnecessary control. These leaders lack empathy and seem very disconnected from the world.

      None they don’t care about employees

      Cons

      Short breaks and they micromanage every second of the day. No concern for family, all you are is just a number in a seat. Very clicky and greedy.
