Classic interview questions and then a "case test" on how to approach door-to-door sales. Interview started ok, the interviewer asked a question about managing a project with persistence, but was unconvinced by my answer (when I described a project I worked on for four years of college - I am a recent graduate) and continued to push me for a different example. That took me aback, as that would constitute a full 20% of my life experience. I didn't think it was that bad of an answer, but perhaps it was. At the end of the interview I asked questions about the role and became more demoralized when the interviewer said, "You know you don't have to keep asking us questions", even though I was genuinely curious about the company and its role in the energy market and demonstrated knowledge (which a different team member acknowledged) in the interview. I did not hear anything back.
