It consists of 4 rounds, mainly coding challenge, technical rounds, managerial,hr. In my case the managerial was rescheduled 8 to 10 times. Everytime i was ready for the interview and the interviewer never appeared. And when a panel of two finally appeared, the senior panel did not even know the difference between LLD and HLD. He asked me the architecture and when i explained him the same, he said he was expecting the LLD. I was confident of clearing the rounds, but considering they rescheduled the round 8-10 times, i was expecting that they are just taking the interview for the sake of it. I was expecting a feedback from the HR and i tried communicating him via call and email but as unprofessional as he can be, he never replied to give the feedback after behaving so unprofessionally. The work life balance is worst here(realized this while talking to one of the interviewer). The stakes are quite high and they work even on weekends, the rewards are not so good. Go for it, only if you do not have any other options. If you want a life, dont go for it.

I was initially contacted by HR on LinkedIn regarding an opportunity, and it was mentioned that there would be two rounds of interviews. Only the first round was scheduled. During the first interview, the interviewer was extremely restrictive. He shared the problem statement and expected me to complete it within 45 minutes, but this time constraint was not communicated at the start of the interview. Throughout the session, there was no interaction, feedback, clarification, or follow-up questions. The interviewer remained silent for most of the time, appearing disengaged. Around the 50-minute mark, he mentioned that the problem should have been completed within 45 minutes and stated that we had exceeded the allotted time, after which the call was ended.
