I applied for the position online via LinkedIn and was later contacted by the hiring manager for an initial interview. The first-round interview was with the hiring manager, who explained the role in detail and advanced me to the second stage.
In the second round, I completed a pre-assessment task where I outlined how I would conduct an operational or compliance assessment of the assigned facilities. After submitting and presenting my approach, I was invited to the final round, which was a panel interview with the hiring manager and the program manager.
During the panel interview, they asked several behavioral questions and discussed my professional background and experience. Much of the discussion focused on the Amazon Leadership Principles, as the position was a contract role with Amazon.
Despite progressing through three rounds and completing all stages, I never received any follow-up or feedback after the final interview.
