Upsun DevOps/SRE Engineer interview questions

Applied online; got an introductory call with a recruiter not too long after. I thought the call went well, but it turns out that the hiring manager didn't want to proceed, because I was not willing to work on weekends as part of my standard schedule. The fact that this was (apparently) a hard requirement was never listed in the job posting, nor was it made clear during the call with the recruiter.
