Friendly, open to discussion that is if the interviewers are not too busy. The senior manager or director herself interviews. HR did not sit through the whole interview. The process went on upto 30 to 45 minutes. The questions were mostly on urban sanitation, informal workers sector or urban planning. Knowledge in GIS is preferred as well as software knowledge in beginners level.

Telephonic round of interview followed by Face to face interview with the leadership. The interview lasted for about an hour and half, I had to handle many different topics and questions, most of the questions were to figure out if I fit into the organisations culture and vision.
