It's a waste of time. They're exclusively looking for conventionally attractive white women, so if you don't fit that mold, they'll pretend to consider you, but they won't. They have you ask people on the street to fill out a survey. It's kind of fun! In 30 minutes, I had 4 people completely fill out the survey, more than many others. I was then rejected from the job because of my personality. It seems to me that if they did not care about the results of the experiment, then there was no point in doing it, and a simple straightforward interview would have sufficed. I'm neurodivergent. My way of communicating is a bit different. I still got results.
Anna, the woman organizing the interview, started off with some microaggressive comment about how one of the people of color interviewing had such a 'unique name' by the way. She called me a pushover, which is interesting because I was pushing back quite hard against that. But whatever, she's a bigot.
