The interview process was pretty good. I was interviewed by their lead mobile engineer at that time who was a very smart and capable person. That lasted about an hour and a half where we mostly spoke about my past projects and the type of work done at Vald. It was relaxed and not too difficult with a few technical questions and scenarios thrown in. My final stage interview was with the Tech director which also was quite smooth. Very kind and friendly gentleman. This was more of a behavioural interview. Despite not being selected, I only have positive things to say about their interview process.
