Super relaxed. Asked about interests in ER medicine and then about VEG specifically. Times of conflict within the profession and how you handled it. All done over zoom. I had done an externship prior.

Asked about interests in ER med, and then about VEG specifically. Times of conflict within the profession and how you handled it.
Very pleasant! No intentional trickery, just a chain of people trying to get to know you. More of a conversational feel than a true interview. There were no situational or medical questions, they seemed truly interested in my long term goals and growth. Open for questions and gave honest answers.
2 interviews during the process. The first is a recorded questions that you have to answer on the spot. You had about 3 minutes to think about your answers before you were recorded and cannot go back to view the recording. The second is a zoom interview with the recruiter.
