Phone interview questions were quite standard, questions about past job experience, reasons for wanting to change companies, salary and benefit expectations. They really try to set your expectations regarding job requirements and performance objectives, which is nice. In person interview was strictly technical questions, gauging your level of understanding of programming languages and development tools needed to be successful.
