HR Telephone screening, telephone interview with direct manager, face to face interview with direct manager and one of the company founders.
The interviews were OK, fairly standard. They throw a few smart questions at you to throw you off guard. They don't welcome any sense of humor whatsoever. They seemed to be wanting someone who was an engineer as well as an SDM, so you need to be technical for this role, like the people interviewing you.

They have been looking to fill this role since October 2015. I see they are still advertising for it 5 months later.
