I applied through other source. I interviewed at VP Promotions (London, England) in Nov 2024
Interview
The company operates on a performance based pay, so the first two rounds of intertwining mostly consisting of them justifying this decision. I didn’t get to explain my CV or skills, and I don’t think they cared. The role was only explained during the second round of interviews and was very different from the job description.

Question 1
What’s the difference between direct and indirect marketing?
Don't remember applying for this in the first place and was supposedly one of 8 out of 300 people to get an interview, despite having no marketing experience whatsoever. The position has no base salary (commission only), and the interviewer promised I'd be managing 20 people and making 6 figures after less than a year in the role. The company has the structure of a pyramid scheme, where the suckers at the bottom put in the hours and the people who recruited them keep most of the profit. Avoid.
