VP Promotions interview questions

Don't remember applying for this in the first place and was supposedly one of 8 out of 300 people to get an interview, despite having no marketing experience whatsoever. The position has no base salary (commission only), and the interviewer promised I'd be managing 20 people and making 6 figures after less than a year in the role. The company has the structure of a pyramid scheme, where the suckers at the bottom put in the hours and the people who recruited them keep most of the profit. Avoid.

Asks about the quality and type of person you are. I.E driven, disciplined hard working. How passionate and how much work are you willing to put in. This is my experience from the 2 stage interview process so far
