Interview
An initial phone screening/conversation to make sure I understand the position and that it's something I actually want/am interested in. After that an online interview with the Greek office manager and the Greek office admin. A 2-hour assignment with tasks and questions that are very close to the day-to-day of the job. Last step an online interview with the CEO, the admin manager, the Greek office manager and the Greek office admin.

Question 1
Basic questions to establish understanding of the workings of the electricity markets, the experience mentioned in the CV etc. The assignment also included a task to make some moderate difficulty graphs with energy data, some personal opinion about events that the graphs depict(e.g. why do you think this price drop in summer is happening ...) and tasks that will be part of the day-to-day on the job
-First interview with Team Lead and HR, lasted about 30 mins -Second interview with broader team including CEO, lasted about 1 hour -A small assignment (if I understood correctly it is not required for all positions)
