Incredibly time consuming. The company expects you to jump through many hoops such as two interviews and an incredibly detailed and time consuming task. I decided to end the process when they requested the contact details of my references which were detailed on my CV, as this made me realise that they didn't even take notice of the details on my CV. I don't want to work for a company who already has me doing detailed tasks during the interview process, but can't be bothered to read my CV.
