Short and personal. They want to know why you want the position and what type of a person you are. They also want to know things like how you handle rejection as it is door to door sales.
Quick & easy, Mark was super friendly and outgoing and genuinely excited about his company and what they offer and hiring others to come onboard. We chatted for about 10 mins and he told me more about the company and answered some of my questions. He is a strong advocate for training sales and getting people to experience the entrepreneurial side of sale.

Terrible, these people don't know what they are doing. Poor management, no control of labor, bad commission structure, nothing good here. Would not recommend this to anybody. What sort of a company is this?
