Interview
I was interviewed all in Mandarin, which I am comfortable with. The manager then asked me to completed a 16 questions (1 scenario questions) paper. This is all for an entry level job which surprised me. I thought for a entry level job, that would teach me what I need to know. Long story short, I spent about 2 and half hours researching the questions as the manger told me it is up to me to do it or not, but he wants to know if the interviewee would be able ot find answer.

Interview
I was asked questions about teamwork skills, interpersonal relations, management style or ability to work in a diverse environment. work history and life experience. After screening and interviewing each candidate, the selection board scores and ranks each one, then checks the references for the top-ranking people. Once they have made their decision, they contact the successful applicant, as well as everyone who was interviewed.
