One phone screen with recruiter and one on-site interview with accounting manager and VP of Finance. 1 hour long. Basic accounting questions and they described the job and company to me.

Recruiter asked me to describe what an accrual is. The on-site interviewers asked about my experience with general ledger accounting and intercompany account reconciliations.
