Van Metre Companies interview questions

For such a well established company, the interview was not what I expected. I interviews on a panel of 3 employees and they had very minimal questions. The position was vague even upon asking questions and overall I just felt like I had to engage a lot with guiding the interview.

Straight and simple. Phone screening interview through the recruiter then went straight to the interview which took about 2 weeks for the entire process and the people who I interviewed were really nice and easy to talk to
