Really just an availability form asking when the best times you are available through out the course of the week. Never talked to anyone on the phone for an interview; just showed up and started working.

Interview was short and asked questions about how i would sell things. about a 15 min phone call. The lady didnt know much about the role, seemed that she was the first interview, just to pass me through to the next round of interviews
