Pros

Flexible hours. Work from home when your not in busy season.

Cons

Late production year over year, lack of management support when production issues continually occur, quality control issues, management doesn't address actual concerns/issues (pretend like it's not happening while reps have to keep good relations with very unhappy customers), low pay for the amount of stress you take on, raise sales goals each year without fixing recurring production issues. Varsity cares about the bottom line not customer satisfaction.

Pros

There are good pockets of the company with great people.

Cons

- private equity owned: so no future oriented investments in infrastructure or long term thinking. Also feeds the toxic culture - nepotism is pervasive throughout the organization - minimal opportunities for advancement - culture is not pervasive and is inconsistent depending on where you are
