Took a long time (~2mo) from application/resume submission to initial contact with recruiter. But once I was contacted by the recruiter, they were able to fast track the process, and I completed initial screening interviews with the recruiter and Hiring Manager, the on-site panel interviews with 1 presentation followed by 6 different individual rounds, then signed an offer, all within 1 week. Recruiter was really great, and overall good interview process with very thorough interviewers.

First interview over the phone with a recruiter went great. Seemed like a nice person and they told me all about the company. We got off to a good start. Second interview was a complete waste of my time and VERY unprofessional. First the guy ghosts me on the first call, I dial into the Zoom meeting and nobody is there. I email him and the recruiter. The recruiter tells me he got called into an "important meeting" and would call me back in 30 minutes. I don't even hear back from him for 90 minutes, and he doesn't even APOLOGIZE for his rudeness of missing our interview time. Then he acts like he's flying through interview questions and doesn't even start off with an introduction or talk about my background or anything. This guy acted like I was inconveniencing him by interviewing! Then I got the rejection letter a few days later. What a complete waste of my time! Even if they offered me a position with a huge increase in salary, I wouldn't take it! I would have to be working with this rude and unprofessional manager. No thanks.
