Was contacted by an internal recruiter just to confirm date and time for the interview with the hiring manager. Interview went smoothly and I was given many occasions to ask questions. Signs were good and I felt reasonably satisfied about the interview. At the end, I was told that they would make a decision by the end of the following week. It's been several weeks and I haven't heard anything back. Thanks for the ghosting, and good luck to whoever got the job!

2 - face to face interview with Manager and another project manager focused on use cases

Clear, in order, according to the schedule. Great communication and transparency. 3 rounds interview, first HR, second with the team to discuss a case study and finally with the director.
