VaynerX interview questions

Recruiter did an initial meeting. Seemed very disorganized as she sent me a request for times for one week and did not get back until the next. She specifically told me that she ensured candidates were given a yes or no or told if there was a better role should anything be a better fit. However despite her mention that she did not ghost candidates (which she voluntarily said herself), ended up forgetting about me. I followed up multiple times and still got no request. Would not recommend.

Very cooperative, the users are easy to reach out on linkedin, always be prepared to be updated for the latest trend on social media/the internet. For individual contributor level, long as we can describe our past work, our skillsets, and how our skill can have value added to the team, all should be fine.
