      Great learning environment with strong hands-on experience

      Pros

      Perfect team vibes! Great exposure to global clients and fast-paced campaigns. You get a lot of ownership early on, especially in execution, optimization, and reporting. Strong learning curve if you’re proactive, with opportunities to work across multiple platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, programmatic). Collaborative teams and a dynamic agency environment. A lot of sonstant trainings and opportunities for certifications and learnings!

      Cons

      Not very high salaries, work-life balance can fluctuate due to the working model (9 h per day, 4/5 in person)

      Pros

      The salary is decent and pays higher than most associate level roles at other agencies. People are nice at the office but not the most approachable sometimes. The job does get boring and repetitive.

      Cons

      Sometimes have to work long hours due to lack of communication from higher ups. Some higher ups can come off as hard to approach and judgmental. Difficult to socialize sometimes and leads to isolation and under appreciated on the team.
