The first interview was very basic, tells us about yourself, why you want to work here... ETC. However I was scheduled for a video interview today and I joined at the given time, after sitting in the waiting room for a bit I sent an email to the Talent Acquisitions, and 26 minutes after the interview was scheduled to start I was told there was a change of plans and if anything changes they would let me know. No sorry to have wasted your time, nor even an at this time we are pursuing other candidates just left wondering. I can honestly say even if they would offer me a position after this I wouldn't accept.
