Most enjoyable hiring process I had probably in my whole life. I've got message on Linkedin from hiring recuiter with description and salary. We scheduled 30m call after which I got link for 1 hour online test. After that we had technical interview which took little bit over 2 hours, but it was great to see how future colleagues think and how experienced they are. Even if I didn't know something right away they tried to guide me to the correct answer.

First I got an online test wih 9 theoritical questions and 4 coding challenge. After that I had a call with the local HR, then she handed over my CV to the dev team. The last part was the tech interview. It went well however I didn't get offer. They were looking for deeper knowledge for .Net framework limitations.
