I was referred to by an employee. I was then contacted by the recruiter who requested that I applied online. After applying, I followed up with the recruiter and was informed that the hiring managed was on PTO, he said he would contact me once they returned. I never heard back from the recruiter or the employee that referred me. I then received a generic rejection email weeks later. I did not appreciate that my time was wasted and I was not notified that the role had been filled. A direct email from the recruiter or the employee who referred me would have been appreciated. This was not a great experience applying to this company.
