The job interview process was lack luster. It was to be set via Zoom and the interviewer did not have their camera on which made me a little uncomfortable that I could not see the person behind the blank, black screen. At that point I was not interested in taking the interview as seriously since the Manager did not bother to have his camera on a Zoom Interview. Not only was it rude, but a total waste of time.
