Vehikl interview questions

Applied online and heard back in a week. Was fast tracked through the first 2 interviews. First is “growth session” interview where you mob with 2 other candidates. Second is a “mini mob” interview where you mob with two developers. If you pass the second you are taken on for a day of work with the team. After the second was told I’d hear back at the end of the week, it came and went and I emailed to get a reply saying it would be another week. 2 weeks later I was rejected with no feedback in a generic email. Terrible to just effectively ghost your candidates with no feedback after a month of the process, half of that waiting on an email.

15 minute initial interview with an HR rep and then two technical interviews after that. First technical interview you're required to work on a web app with two other candidates in a mob programming growth session while two of their devs help you three through the process. The second technical interview is another mob programming growth session but this time with two of their devs.
