First 15min tech screen then one hour tech interview with standard questions related to my previous projects and technologies I've used. It was interview for different company they do consultancy.
I got in and I've accepted the offer. Then after I've already gave my resignation to current employer on my notice period they changed their mind and gave it a nogo! Without any reimbursement. Needless to say contract put all risks on employee with very high penalties for any kind of possible damage made by the software.
