Went through 3 interviews, the first was with their recruiter, the second interview was with the CFO and the Amazon director of accounts, the third was with an employee who worked there -- they all went good and even had them talking about offering me the position already. They also ask you to take a long assessment test and ask for your ideas/strategies to help them with what I can only think a new client - you're tasked to do this like homework for them with minimal broad information that they give you about the amazon account. After writing thank you emails for the interview and expressing my interest in the role, they ended up ghosting me and never let me know to move on or not. Complete waste of time, the kind of company that handles candidates time like this are not a viable place to work for.
