Interview
They approached me via LinkedIn and told me there was an assessment centre. She was very aggressive on the phone once I agreed to take part. Almost tried to scare me into doing what she thinks is best. I took part in the day and was amongst other graduates and talented SDR's. They don't tell you who is going to be there so the whole day could be wasted as you may not be interested in any of the products.
You then have to stand in front of a panel and talk about yourself and your achievements.
I would also like to know where the diversity is at Venatrix?
Group virtual assessment. You are required to do a 90s self introduction followed by a group exercise based on a case study of a marketing company. You need to make a pitch and then handle some objections.

Interview
One of the worst days. The first part is standing in front of everyone to introduce yourself, which was fine, the group task was rushed, im dyslexic so felt like i had 0 time to read the lengthy brief they give you, so felt unpreppared. Once you get through you have Q&A with the client - i wasnt fully briefed for this so had nothing preppared. Then you have the feedback on the group task and interviews. After the interviews they told me i had to cancel my other interviews with any other recruitment companies (on a friday at 4pm) and were unsympathetic and completely rushed me to make a decision. Felt very unprofessional, I went home crying as felt so drained from them sitting there trying to manipulate me to cancel my apparently "worse" interviews and go with their "amazing" ones. Dont waste your time.
