I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Venterra Realty (Houston, TX) in Mar 2015
Interview
I've completed the first interview, via Skype with Mr. Eastin Issac. I was a bit nervous at first, but it went well! He asked question like "Where do you see yourself going in the next five years, Tell me about yourself, What's your daily motivation, and What can I bring to the company". He was laid back, and genuine, so it seemed more like a professional conversation, rather than one of those painful interrogations. I have a second interview for this Wednesday, and I'm quite anxious. This is a lengthy process, but I believe it's worth the wait!
Thanks so much for sharing your thoughts! It's great to know that your interviewing process has been positive, and we hope that that trend continued for you on Wednesday, as well. Most of our team members tend to be pretty laid back in general, which helps put those butterflies to rest and let's you be yourself. Thanks for your understanding with our steps in the recruiting process and best of luck to you along the way!

Interview
First interview on the phone was smooth. Interviewer was asking me questions that were personable and we had a great talk. The second interview at the apartment I applied for, the lady didn’t come prepared nor seemed genuinely interested in me at all. She expressed how tired she was from working. The first question of hers was “do you have any questions for me?” Like isn’t that question supposed to be asked at the end. She pulls out a paper with generic interview questions. I just knew she wasn’t going to hire me. Anyways, 4/10 experience.
