1st round aptitude it's somewhat difficult
2nd round psychology it's maths calculation in a big sheet testing the speed of the calculation and patience
3rd round group discussion it's easy

Interview
1. Three technical rounds and three meet up with Management
2. Technical round: all the three rounds were been asked repeatedly the same questions
3.Management Interaction: Totally Family business surroundings. not a healthy professionalism
4. Being nice during interview to hire you since people are not ready to come forward for this Company. They will book for a ticket even where ever you are from.
5. After selection: You will be forced to join immediately and no time for you to think. Notice period or pay queries will not considered. No proper HR to communicate your queries.
6. No one will care when you have concerns. You will see the face behind the mask when you discuss in depth about the Company policies
7. Suggesion: pls do not risk yourself to join here. No management. Completely a family business
