Venus Jewelers interview questions

First a phone call, then an in-person interview that lasted about 5 hours. Spoken to the CEO and taken a personality and IQ test. He liked the results and offered me a position saying that I have everything he is looking for and that I was hired. I was given the handbook and was given a set date to start. After a couple of days, I went to sign the papers but then told that they'll be interviewing more candidates which was extremely unprofessional. They then ghosted me and even after a couple of months, I still haven't been contacted.
