Entire interview process took a few months from start to finish. First interview was a phone interview followed by another phone interview and finally an in person interview. The interview was held by a panel of employees who could inquire into my personal and professional attributes.

Describe your previous experience in waste water treatment.
The first interview was with the Lead from Texas for the open position in Belgium. It was long and not that difficult. The interview was very positive and the interviewer said that he would like to work with me, but then they made up some excuses like "their system is changing" and eventually ghosted me.
