The recruiting was an amazing experience, from the connection on LinkedIn to the offer. The stages of the interview process were outlined and only had 3 stages, recruiter overview, Teams call with the direct manager and counterparts then a F2F.

Initial phone 121 then panel phone interview followed by panel interview on site
whoel process took about two weeks followed by 2 weeks while full background checks were completed (empoyment, criminal and financial)
