Overall process is relaxed but unorganized.
There's a recruiter screen, then onsite with 2 technical sessions and one session with Engineering and Product leadership.
Tech sessions we're normal and engineers seemed like good people.
Talking session with Eng and Product leadership was usesless. They are over-confident in their demeanor and how they sell the company. The criteria is based on "how much of a yes-man can you be".
They're not looking for reasons why to hire you, rather, reasons for why you don't indulge their vanity.
