Main focus is on whether you are comfortable with understanding and speaking English, since all the clients are beverage companies from USA.
After they send you an email inviting you to appear for the walk-in interview process,
- The first round would be an assessment that tests your English writing and comprehending abilities, write-ups on simple questions like "Tell me about yourself", "Write a cover letter", etc.
- Along with that they have you give a really easy logical reasoning test consisting of over 10 questions.
- Moving on, the second round would be an Online interview which would be conducted on your cellular device. Over here they again ask for you introduction and then move on to simple aptitude questions along with some SQL that I'll mention below shortly.
- The third and final round is taken at the job site itself, in Santa Cruz, Mumbai. This round actually consist of 3 different panels, first they'll ask you math puzzle based aptitude questions, number series, short word problems. They might also ask some SQL questions over here again.
- Then you'll be give a face-to-face round with the HR manager from US VIP team at Colchester, Vermont. Where they'll test whether you are able to decipher the US English accent, making you eligible to work for the company.
- The last and final process would be a short talk with the on-site HR, they would explain you the job role, the joining date, the salary etc. They would ask you simple questions regarding your resume, your education, college etc.
After these 3 rounds, its just a matter of a week and you should get your offer confirmation by the HR. The HR is really cooperative and will pick up your calls for any queries throughout the process, they won't ghost you at any point throughout the process.
