Met with recruiter for a coffee, very open and answered all my questions. Scheduled a tech interview with 2 Lead Engineers and we whiteboarded/ talked about past experiences. Casual, but they obviously knew their stuff and asked probing questions about my knowledge.

2 rounds. Whiteboard, technical free flowing chat. Casual and open, was easy to demonstrate my knowledge without feeling pressured. Answered all my questions. Overall a great interview without feeling like an exam.
