Fue un proceso largo aproximadamente unos 3 meses y la entrevista fue con el jefe directo y jefe funcional del área. Previamente realizan algunas pruebas y después la entrevista. Recomiendo estudiar bastante bien la empresa.

Interview
Initial auto recorded online interview with standardised questions that can be rerecorded unlimited amount of times. Multiple rounds of online competency, IQ, and personality tests. Finally culminating in a large format group interview consisting of working in groups to present growth strategies moving forward.

Well established, friendly recruiter and hiring manager. Clear process and goals given at start. First interview with hiring manager. 2nd interview with recruiter and hiring manager. Cognitive and behaviour test needed.
