The COO Tang was not a very pleasant interviewer and I had a similar experience to the other candidates who interviewed for the position. I'm now working for a PE company where my bosses and co workers are really pleasant and encouraging people and I thank God I didn't perform well during this interview because I can't imagine working for a company with people like this.
