I applied in-person. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret (Carlsbad, CA) in Oct 2014
Interview
I turned my application into the assistant manager and was asked to come back for a group interview the following week. The group interview was awkward, standing in the back with about 9 other women and just went around the circle. After the interview we waited for a callback to come for a second smaller group interview then wait for a call to see if you got the job.
