I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret (Los Angeles, CA) in Apr 2016
Interview
Employee referral. Met with the store manager, straight forward interview. Tell me about yourself, why do you want to work here etc. I was told the same day that she wanted to give me a second interview with the DM. The interview with DM was more conversational, getting to know each other, seeing if it was a right fit.
I applied online. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret (Natick, MA)
Interview
Was rejected the job for another location but emailed immediately for a different location. Every step from there on took a week at a time between phone tag etc. Once interviewed in person the employer spent most of the time putting down my current employer and job which was extremely insulting and uncalled for. Didn’t spend much time discussing the job itself and interviewed me where other employees could hear/walk in.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret (West Hartford, CT) in June 2017
Interview
Phone interview with Store Manager, In person interview with Store Manager then Phone/In Person Interview with District Manager. It was very focused on goals and team contributions. They will ask about your definition of success.
I was actually recruited for the position. I had worked for the company a year earlier and was promised this position, yet the position was not open. I left a year later after promises made were not met. I was recruited a year later when the position was available.
