Interview
Went in and got a application from the cash register associate
Filled it out and brought it back in the next day
Heard back from VS that evening to come in for a group interview the following week
3-4 girls in interview
Asked very general questions.... whats your best quality...tell me a story about you making the customer happy at another job when faced with a problem... why should we hire you.. stuff like that. we all went around the circle and answered.
We were all hired on the spot and told them when we were available
pick up a couple shifts
and got put on the schedule

Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
