I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret (Orlando, FL) in Aug 2011
Interview
Two step process. If they like you they will call you back for a second interview. Dress appropriate. Show up early! They don't check backgrounds for some reason. I worked with some people that I know should have not gotten the job. There is no spot to put your SSN# on the application. Weird.

Question 1

Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
