Was made to believe that I'd just be doing a face-to-face interview with my Store Manager, which is fine. However, about 10 minutes prior to my interview, I'm told that the District Manager will be sitting in on the interview as well. The Store and District Manager proceeded to tag-team my interview together.

I applied online and received a call from the store manager that day. I then went in for an informal interview with the store manager. She was great and showed me around and gave me a good idea for what she needed me to do if I got the job.

Easy going and casual because I was with the company for many years prior. Also had a good referral. The questions that were asked were a bit elevated from my experience because I was shifting from associate to a possible management position but related to what's in the job description.
